Course info

This course focuses on the topic of Addiction and work with addicted clients in the context of helping professions. We concentrate on the topic of Addiction together with other related terminology from the point of view of social workers and their use. This topic is aimed at the definition of Addiction, types of Addiction, its causes, impact, treatment and prevention. The level of the course, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), is B1-B2. The course also aims to refresh and further build up active knowledge of grammatical structures and general vocabulary.
