Výukový materiál v otevřeném digitálním zdroji je určen pro výuku odborného anglického jazyka na vyšších odborných školách. Obsah materiálu je zaměřen na obor Diplomovaný zubní technik. Jeho tématem je anatomie hlavy a anatomie a fyziologie orgánů ústní dutiny. V úvodní kapitole popisuje krátce lidskou hlavu. V dalších kapitolách se zabývá vybranými stránkami tématu. Nejdříve představuje kosti hlavy s důrazem na maxilu a mandibulu. Dále se zabývá strukturou a tkáněmi zubu a konečně v poslední kapitole typy zubů.
The educational material in the open digital source is designed to teach English language at higher professional schools. The content of the material was created for the branch of study of the certified dental technician. Its topic is head anatomy and anatomy and physiology of oral cavity organs. In the introductory chapter it describes briefly the human head. In further chapters it deals with selected aspects of the topic. It first presents head bones with the focus on maxila and the mandible, bones containing tooth sockets. In the following chapters it describes the structure and tissues of teeth. Finally, in the last chapter it is concerned with types of teeth.
Studenti se seznámí s vybranými aspekty anatomie hlavy a anatomie a fyziologie orgánů dutiny ústní. Dokáží rozdělit kosti hlavy do dvou základních skupin. Kosti pojmenují a popíší jejich základní znaky, podrobněji u maxily a mandibuly. Studenti dále umí popsat strukturu zubu a zubní tkáně. Dokáží vysvětlit, z čeho se tkáně skládají. Po studiu poslední kapitoly dokáží studenti rozdělit lidské zuby podle jejich typu a vysvětlit jejich vybrané základní rysy. Použitou slovní zásobu si studenti upevní využitím slovníčků a interaktivních cvičení. Na konci si studenti ověří znalosti tématu v samostudijním testu.
The students will become acquainted with selected aspects of head anatomy, and anatomy and physiology of oral cavity organs. They can divide head bones into two basic groups. They can name bones and describe their basic features, in more details with the maxila and the mandible. Students can further describe the structure and tissues of teeth. They can explain the composition of the tissues. After studying the final chapter, students will be able to classify human teeth according to their types and explain their selected basic features. Vocabulary employed in the source will be consolidated by the use of vocabulary lists. At the end of the study, the students will verify their knowledge of the subject matter in a self-test.
