Abstract

Studijní materiál popisuje akutní stavy a zabývá se detailně poskytováním laické první pomoci při těchto stavech. Nejprve jsou uvedeny základní zásady bezpečnosti při poskytování první pomoci a tísňová čísla. Kapitola věnovaná akutním stavům je členěna podle jednotlivých typů zranění a dalších život ohrožujících stavů. Samostatné kapitoly se zabývají kardiopulmonární resuscitací a vybavením lékárničky.The study material describes emergencies and deals in detail with providing basic life support in these emergencies. First, general safety rules in giving basic life support and emergency numbers are discussed. The chapter dealing with emergencies is divided according to the individual types of injuries or other life-threatening conditions. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the first aid kit are discussed in other chapters.
