Abstract
The first part of the General English for B1 course focuses on two important and rather problematic areas of the English grammar, namely verbal tenses and questions.
The level of the course is B1-B2, as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Like all other courses in the project, the course aims to refresh, practise, and further build up the active knowledge of common grammatical structures and general English vocabulary.
The target competence of this course is to know the forms and main usage of individual verbal tenses in English and to revise or become familiar and actively master the formation of questions.
